Sr. Vice President of Total Quality ManagementBob joined SPS in 1990 as a project manager and has worked in New England’s construction industry for more than 5 decades. Working as a Laborer and subsequently a Foreman on several I-91 projects in Vermont and then as a site super in heavy/civil construction throughout Massachusetts.
Bob serves as Senior Vice President. His previous roles with SPS include Sr. VP of Cost Control (2017-2024) Sr. VP of Total Quality Management (2012-2024); Sr. VP of Design Build (2008-2011); and Senior Vice President of Estimating and Job Cost Control (1995-2007).
In addition to his work within SPS, Bob is a member of the Northern Lake Superior Aboriginal Association, Construction Industries of Massachusetts (CIM) and the New Hampshire Good Roads Association.
Bob also serves on SPS New England’s Executive Committee, Safety Committee, Equipment Training Committee, and the Technology Strategy team
