Charlie Guido

As Vice President of the Structures Maintenance Division, Charlie is responsible for the management of all SPS on-call infrastructure repair contracts with MassDOT’s Highway Division, the MBTA, City of Boston, and Massport.  In addition to overseeing the overall strategic growth for the Division, his responsibilities include executive oversight of all project management teams and field personnel, project planning and execution, risk management, and safety.

Since joining SPS in 2002, Charlie’s roles have included Assistant Project Manager for Property Development and Construction Divisions and Project Manager, Division Manager and Vice President for SPS’ Structures Maintenance Division.

Prior to joining the SPS team, Charlie worked for MassDOT’s Highway Division and the Executive Office for Transportation and Construction.

In addition to his work at SPS, Charlie is a member of the Construction Industries of Massachusetts (CIM) and SPS New England’s Executive Committee, Safety Committee, and Compliance Committee.
